Water-based Flexographic Process

Our manufacturing facility is based on a water chemistry process that includes printing, coating, and finishing (gluing). This means our materials are safe, odor free, and recyclable.

Often, other competitive packaging is printed using an oil-based offset printing processes that can result in residual odors that migrate into the flavor of the food.  However, our flexographic water-based impingement oven-cured printing process eliminates odors and their transfer.
